DESCRIPTION: Indoor cycling simulating an outdoor ride in a group exercise setting. The intensity and speed change following the beat of the music. Heart rate monitors are recommended to make sure that participants are riding in their cardio zone. Classes are best for burning fats and toning lower body.

Beginner-friendly Multi-level. Suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications for intensity and choreography are given by the instructor.
