DESCRIPTION: A non-contact, martial arts-based fitness programme with moves taken from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai and T'ai Chi.

Beginner-friendly Multi-level. Suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications for intensity and choreography are given by the instructor.

BASIC FACTS All classes are 55 minutes. The 5-minute interval between classes allows for a smooth transition of one class to the next. Not all classes are offered in all clubs. Check the actual club schedules. All classes start and end on time.
